As-is Documentation – how OEM product used the existing RIP

  • We studied the existing OEM source code to understand how OEM product was integrated with core RIP.
  • The document prepared by us contained the following details:
    • All the OEM features/functions which are dependent on RIP
    • How these product features are implemented
    • What are the various RIP interfaces which were used to implement these features/functions.

To-be Documentation & Gap Analysis

  • How to achieve OEM product features/functions using Harlequin Interfaces
  • If some functions/features cannot be implemented using Harlequin directly, then after discussion with Global Graphics, we suggested the mechanism on how to achieve the same

Proof of Concept, Implementation & Go-Live

  • Prepared a proof-of-concept (working implementation) which demonstrated Harlequin working with OEM product
  • After OEM got the confidence with working prototype, we implemented the rest of OEM features/functions which were require to productize.
